Blueberry Açai Amino Bowl
- 1 scoop Proven EAA’s
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 packets frozen açai
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
- Toppings (optional): Sliced banana, fresh blueberries, sliced physalis, granola, toasted coconut flakes
- In a blender, add all ingredients except the BCAA and process until smooth.
- Add the BCAA and blend again until fully incorporated.
- Pour into a small bowl, add topping and enjoy right away!
