Blueberry Açai Amino Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Proven EAA’s
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1-2 packets frozen açai
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • Toppings (optional): Sliced banana, fresh blueberries, sliced physalis, granola, toasted coconut flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a blender, add all ingredients except the BCAA and process until smooth.
  • Add the BCAA and blend again until fully incorporated.
  • Pour into a small bowl, add topping and enjoy right away!
