Quick meal
I love it I take it to work with me, I love that it has MCT in it also, after I eat breakfast 4 hours later I drink this quick meal. Double blueberry and chocolate strawberry, I like this blueberry better. Overall buy it again

Quick Meal is AMAZING!
I use Quick Meal as my pre workout meal and it has allowed me to hit the gym extra hard in the early morning at 5am and not feeling depleted throughout my entire workout. Quick Meal makes me feel stronger and fuller while I’m training and allows me to maintain positive nitrogen balance until my post workout meal which is at 8:30am. Another great product from Gaspari Nutrition!
