At Gaspari Nutrition, we understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines how to cancel one-time orders and manage subscription orders.
ONE-TIME ORDERS
You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Since orders typically ship within 48-72 business hours, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Important Note
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the items following our Return & Refund Policy.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the the order duration and frequency you selected at checkout. The subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. You can refer here for more information
No Penalties or Fees
There are no cancellation fees or penalties. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled delivery.
When Changes Take Effect
- Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled delivery date to avoid being charged.
- Changes to delivery frequency or products will take effect on your next scheduled delivery.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation or changes are processed.
