If you encounter an error message stating "No account found with that email", it may be because you haven’t yet activated your login or created your password. To resolve this, you’ll need to create your password and activate your login, making sure to use the same email address you used when placing your order.
Doing so will automatically import your account details, including past orders and subscriptions, as long as the email matches your previous purchases. Once your account has been activated, you can reset your password if needed.
To activate your account and create a password, follow these steps:
- Click the “Sign In” icon located in the top right-hand corner of the website.
- Click “Sign Up” beneath the “Login” button.
- Enter your information into the required fields.
- Click the “Create Account” button.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line “Customer Account Activation.”
- Open that email and click “Visit our store.”
- You can now log in using the details you just created.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold (see checkout page for current offers) — excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Gaspari Nutrition ships within the United States only. For international availability, please check with our authorized retailers.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, contact support@gasparinutrition.com — we’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve it promptly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or opened, email support@gasparinutrition.com with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll replace it or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to military bases.
How can I ensure I receive my package safely?
Double-check your shipping address before checkout and monitor your tracking updates. Gaspari Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Simply browse gasparinutrition.com, add your favorite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout using our secure payment system.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
I forgot to add my discount code, can you apply it after checkout?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively, but keep an eye out for future offers and loyalty rewards.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Standard shipping orders must be canceled within few hours of the order being placed. You can cancel your order on the order page or by logging into your account and clicking cancel. The cancel button will only be available while cancelation is possible. You will find the process for canceling your order within your account below:

Our Subscribe & Save program delivers your favorite Gaspari products automatically on your schedule — with an exclusive discount on every order and the freedom to pause or cancel anytime.
How can I edit my active subscription?
Log in to your Gaspari Nutrition account, go to “Manage Subscriptions”, and click Edit next to the product. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes! Simply click “Skip Shipment” after login to the store account than check the running orders if you want to delay your next delivery without cancelling your plan.
How do I update my shipping address or payment method?
In your subscription dashboard, select Billing or Shipping Details and make your changes. Updates made before renewal will apply to your next order.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account by clicking Manage → Cancel Subscription. No hidden fees or commitments — canceling is instant.
How will I be billed?
You’ll be billed automatically on the same day your next subscription order renews. A confirmation email will be sent before each charge.
What if my subscription order fails to process?
If your payment fails, Recharge will automatically retry a few times. You’ll also receive an email to update your payment method.
Can I use a discount code on subscriptions?
Discounts are already built into our Subscribe & Save pricing, so additional discount codes usually cannot be combined with subscription purchases.

No — only one discount or promo code can be applied per order. Automatic discounts, bundles, and tiered offers can’t be stacked.

Subscriptions already include built-in savings, so additional codes usually can’t be combined with Subscribe & Save orders.

Once applied, the discounted total appears before payment on the checkout screen and in your confirmation email.
