Candy Cane Protein Shake

Is it even the holidays if you didn’t have a candy cane? Try this take on your favorite peppermint candy, packed with 41G of Protein and only 220 calories per serving.


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream Gaspari’s Proven Whey™ protein powder
  • ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese* (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 3-6 drops of peppermint extract, to taste
  • 1/2-1 tsp. natural sweetener to taste* (optional, stevia or honey)
  • 2-5 ice cubes for desired thickness


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Mix until smooth – add extra ice for a thicker shake
  3. Enjoy!
