I don't get stomach cramps when running with this product
I've taken a powder mix with 50 billion CFU's and noticed how much more energy I had for half of the day. I didn't get that with this product but if I don't take a probiotic I will get stomach cramps when running and I don't get cramps if I take this product. I bought this product because I was interested in some of the ingredients that I've never seen in a probiotic supplement before. I'm going to buy a probiotic that's in a fridge with the highest CFU next to compare with this one.
