CUSTOMER RETURN
Customers who wish to return a Gaspari Nutrition product, can either return product to
Retailer in which they purchased the product (as long as retailer has a return
policy), or call our Customer Service Dept. at 1(888)742-7727. Customer must
possess receipt of purchase, provide reason for return, and product (must
contain at least 50% of product). Customer will be responsible for shipping and
handling charges. No C.O.D. returns, product will be refused. No returns after
14 days of purchase.
RETAILER RETURN
Retailers, who wish to return Gaspari Nutrition Products, must adhere to the return
guidelines provided by the Distributor in which they purchased the product.
DISTRIBUTOR RETURN
Must provide:
1) Product (must contain at least 50% of product)
Expired or discontinued products are not eligible.
2) Reason for return.
3) No returns after 30 days of purchase.
