Week 3:

1 TTab upon rising... then 5 hrs later, 1 TTab... then 5 hrs later, 1 TTab...

Cytolean: 2 caps on an empty stomach… 1 cap 4-6 hours later

Week 4:

1 TTab upon rising in the morning...

Cytolean: 2 caps on an empty stomach… 1 cap 4-6 hours later *(men over 200 lbs. up dose by 1 cap per dose)

Week 5:

NO TTabs

Cytolean: 2 caps on an empty stomach… 1 cap 4-6 hours later *(men over 200 lbs. up dose by 1 cap per dose)
