MYOFUSION HOT CHOCOLATE
Makes 1 large mug (or 2 small)
206 calories | 6g fat | 13g carbs | 25g protein
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
¼ cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop Myofusion Pro, Chocolate (Cinnamon Roll*, Vanilla or Chocolate Peanut Butter can also be used)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 packet of a zero calorie sweetener
* If you use Cinnamon Roll flavor, sprinkle a little nutmeg and cinnamon on top to make it a spiced hot chocolate!
Preparation
Combine the Myofusion, cocoa powder and sweetener. Set aside.
Microwave the milk and water until hot. Add the vanilla.
Pour the milk mixture and the dry ingredient mixture into a blender. (I use a Magic Bullet). Blend until frothy.
Pour into your favorite mug, get cozy and enjoy!
