Time in LA

I hope this finds everyone well. I am currently in LA filming for UFC on Fuel/Fox and doing color commentary for Golden Boy Boxing on Fuel. It is fun work and I have started to find some good training spots in the area. Last night I trained with the Santa Anna College Wrestling team and had a great workout. I have put some size back on and can finally lift upper body since my shoulder injury this summer. I was not able to strength train for my last fight like I normally do since I was still recovering. In addition, I have added some coaches to my training recently. Raymond Jordan has moved to Atlanta full time and Rodrigo Artilheiro. Both of these men will help push me to the next level. In 2013 I plan to go undefeated and solidify myself in the top 5 of MWs and earn a shot at the title in 2014. Thank you for your continued support!
