Once again, I find myself 30,000 feet above ground, on my way to LA for one day. But as promised, I am posting my next appearance schedule for my West Coast Tour which is around the corner. Right now, I am going to LA to shoot for Better Bodies. Their new gear is sick!

So as for this week, I will be home Wednesday morning and will head out to Trader Joes to get food for Thanksgiving. My goal is to make a very healthy versions of the traditional thanksgiving dinner favorites. So I am going to snoop around for some healthy recipes, which should be really fun. I have so much to be thankful for, and there is no way I am skipping celebrating that fact this year.
And I cannot wait to use those extra calories to lift like crazy! Time to squat!
