20 Minute Workout

Coming back after a couple weeks away coaching the Dirt in Your Skirt Training Camp in the Aidrondacks of New York, not only did we have a great time but also have a new set of workouts designed especially for the women who attended the camp. This is one that was too good not to share with the world outside of the camp. In 20 minutes you work on speed and endurance! We did this in the woods but you can do it anywhere!

20 Minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

1/4 mile sprint

100 Meter lunges

100 Meter jog

Repeat as many times as you can in the 20 minutes. Really sprint the sprints and use the jog as a recovery. My favorite is to find some terrain to do the workout so it includes a hill in the sprint!
