Chocolate and More Protein Cake

The other day I was hankering for something sweet in the evening and remembered an old recipe for a cake you can make in the microwave. After a few tweaks I came up with my own version of the cake using the new
MyoFusion Elite Protein. The recipe takes about a two or three minutes to make and you have yourself a personal warm and delicious cake.
Chocolate and More Protein Cake
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 Scoop of MyoFusion Elite Protein Series (I like Strawberry & Cream or Peanut Butter Cookie Dough)
1 Tablespoon 100% cocoa powder
1/4 Tablespoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 1/4 Tablespoon of Applesauce
1 egg white
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in a microwave safe mug or glass (tall mug is best). Mix in wet ingredients and stir until fully blended. Microwave for 1 minute on high. Remove form microwave and either eat it out of the mug or use a fork and gently loosen the cake from the mug and serve on a plate. Enjoy a guilt free chocolate cake.
