Fight Prep
01/16/2013
Whats up everybody, hope everyone is doing great in the early part of 2013. I'm getting real close to my fight on February 2 against Jose Aldo for the featherweight title, and i couldn't be more excited. I feel more prepared than ever and Ive had an amazing camp so far. My cardio feels on point and technically i believe im improving in all areas. Having to make 145 for this fight hasn't really been an issue at all, im about 2 1/2 weeks away from weigh ins and im already less than 10 pounds away. The only thing having to make 145 has done for me is make me pay closer attention to my diet, which in turn has just made me feel better for training. Another plus about competing at a lower class is not having to worry to put weight on and gain size. Im more at my natural weight which has made my cardio even better and a little quicker. Another thing that has made the transition from lightweight to featherweight very easy is my supplement intake. After every training session I have been taking Aminolast and
Glycofuse together. I like to mix the Orange Mango
Aminolast with the Strawberry Kiwi Glycofuse, I call it the Jersey Shore Punch.........you in the face. haha. Jokes aside it tastes really good. My favorite supp is the
Anavite mutli vitamin, I like to take it about 20 minutes before my training sessions. Makes me feel amazing and get a great sweat i highly recommend it for all athletes. Well thats it from me I cant wait to attack tomorrow and I hope you all do the same.
